I'm Jordi Hernandez i Del Olmo, a registered psychologist (nº 35760) with a research background and specialisation in autism, ADHD, and their intersection — the AuDHD profile.
Training and background
My path in psychology grew from a curiosity about how the human mind works — particularly in people whose way of processing the world differs from the statistical norm. I've combined clinical training with academic research, which allows me to offer a perspective grounded in up-to-date scientific evidence.
Specialisation
I specialise in the psychological assessment and support of people with autism, ADHD and AuDHD profiles (the co-occurrence of both conditions). I work with adults and families, both at the diagnostic stage and in subsequent work around self-understanding and personalised strategy development.
My approach
I work from a neurodiversity-affirming model: autism and ADHD are not conditions to be cured, but different ways of functioning that deserve understanding, accommodation and support. My work is about helping each person understand how their mind works and find strategies that work for them.
